We are honored to be working with our community partners and cross-sector initiatives. Some are time-only engagements, while others involve a committment of both financial and human capital.
OUR NEWEST NONPROFIT PARTNERS
In July 2021, after a comprehensive investment process that included more than 25 volunteer SVP Partners, we expanded our engagement portfolio with the establishment of partnerships with seven additional nonprofit organizations.

SVP is proud to continue our active partnerships with these nonprofits and initiatives advancing equity in Connecticut.
SUPPORTING RACIAL EQUITY WITH COMMUNITY-BASED NONPROFITS PURSUING SYSTEMS CHANGE
Because the Opportunity Gap is greatest for Black, LatinX, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), SVP established the Race Equity Fund, a participatory grantmaking effort. In 2021, eight BIPOC-led nonprofits were each awarded $25,000 grants in support of their pursuit of systems change in their respective sectors.
The relationships we've established with these organizations has helped us to include community voice and incorporate deeper knowledge of our communities in our work.
